- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I called in here many years ago - maybe 8 - 10 years ago and brought Dulcinea wines. The winemaker was lovely showing us around, he even gave us a taste of some zinfandel he made for a neighbour - which was scrumptious. I drank all the labelled ones as they were awesome. Now I have just opened a clean skin red, Shiraz from memory but perhaps a mataro, deep, dark and spicy. Sorry i'm not anal about labeling. Bloody hell, it rocks to heaven, legs, spice like cloves, perhaps aniseed, big and ballsy but smooth - I should let it breathe as I reckon it'll be twice as nice tomorrow.
